MEETING MINUTES

March 2, 2007

 

 

The Board of Directors Special Meeting of March 2, 2007, was called to order by President Burke at 5:00­p.m.

 

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

 

ROLL CALL

President Burke, Vice-President Silva, Secretary Lees, Director Donovan and Director Eufusia were present.

 

Administrative Secretary Cochran represented staff.  Attorney Jean Savaree was present as Legal Counsel. 

 

ORAL COMMUNICATIONS

            None.

 

CLOSED SESSION 5:00 p.m.

The Board convened in closed session to discuss the following items:

            A.        Conference with Legal Counsel regarding potential litigation - 1 case (closed session held pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9)

 

OPEN SESSION 5:27 p.m.

The Board entered open session at 5:27 p.m.  It was reported that direction was given to Legal Counsel after discussion of the Closed Session item.  No action was taken.

 

ADJOURNMENT

            Director Burke made a motion to adjourn at 5:30 p.m.  Director Lees seconded and the meeting was adjourned.
